Dragon Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of Dragon, the internal platform of Golden Rule Real Estate, located at dragon.goldenrulegainesville.com. All users must comply with this policy as a condition of continued access.

1. Authorized Users Only

Only authorized employees and contractors of Golden Rule Real Estate are permitted to access the Dragon platform. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Permitted Use

Use of Dragon is limited to tasks directly related to your role and responsibilities within Golden Rule Real Estate. Personal use, non-business activity, or tampering with system functionality is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Attempting to bypass system security or access restricted data
• Uploading or transmitting malicious software, scripts, or viruses
• Altering or deleting data without proper authorization
• Exporting sensitive information outside company systems
• Using the system to harass, intimidate, or otherwise harm others

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All client information, business data, and internal documentation accessed through Dragon must be treated as confidential and protected from unauthorized disclosure.

5. Monitoring

All activity within Dragon may be monitored and logged. Continued use of the platform constitutes consent to monitoring and compliance audits.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of access, or legal consequences. Golden Rule Real Estate reserves the right to restrict or revoke access at any time.
